How much notice do you need for a custom order?
We typically require at least 2 weeks’ notice for orders, but please reach out, and we’ll do our best to accomodate your timeline.
Rush & Short-Notice Orders
We understand that last-minute events pop up—and we’ll do our best to help! Orders placed with less than 2 weeks’ notice are considered rush orders and may incur a fee.
- Rush fee: $15–$25, depending on order complexity and availability
- Availability is not guaranteed for rush requests, but we’ll let you know promptly if we can squeeze in the sweetness!
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, all custom orders require a 50% upfront deposit to secure your spot in my baking queue. Because of the time and ingredients involved, this deposit is non-refundable.
When is the balance due?
The remaining balance is due upon delivery or pickup. You’ll receive a payment reminder with details a few days before your order is ready.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Life happens! If you need to reschedule, I’ll do my best to accommodate your new date (based on availability). However, cancellations cannot be refunded due to the custom nature of each order.

Do you deliver or offer pickup?
Local pickups are available in the Harleysville area. Delivery may be available for an additional fee, depending on location.
